This album was recorded in the summer of 2011. I recorded it with my dad who plays horns on some of the tracks. I wrote all the songs, although I have been heavily influenced by so many musicians. You will hear influences of Nana Grizol, Chris Wiseman, Neil Young, my brother Patrick, and I've heard that this music sounds a lot like the band Pavement which is surprising to me because I've listened to them very little. I had a wonderful time recording and mastering these songs--some of the time spent in this process was manic and unbalanced. I hope listening to the CD doesn't make you feel manic and unbalanced. If it does, why listen to it?
